I am an introverted extrovert, there are certain settings where I am more comfortable talking than others depending on the vibe and culture. Fitness is my outlet for my mental health. Individual sports give me a particular goal to strive for to be consistent with that as well. Nature is one of my main hobbies, currently exploring as many state and national as I can.
